MEDITATION WITH THE
T1D COMMUNITY
Join in for one of our daily meditation practices, guided by and for people with T1D,
Mindfulness and community for people living with Type 1 Diabetes
At DiabetesSangha, we offer mindfulness and contemplative practices created by and for people living with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D). Our live, online meditations are a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect, and find steadiness in the flow of life with diabetes.
Sessions are offered most days of the week on Zoom, free of charge, and open to everyone — no experience needed.
Every meditation is led by one of our facilitators, all of whom live with T1D. Each brings their own lived experience and teaching style, weaving together themes of compassion, resilience, and presence.
To join, simply click the Zoom link below or above a few minutes before start time.
If you’re new, welcome — there’s no better time to begin.
And if you’re curious to see what it’s all about, explore our YouTube channel or Resources section to experience recorded practices and learn more about our work.
DiabetesSangha
is an initiative within the Diabetes Online Community to come together over meditation and contemplative practice.
It’s a recognition that our mental health and our bodily health are not separate, which we are often reminded of as people living with T1D.
It’s our attempt to come together with others like us on a regular basis to sit honestly and heartfully with our experience, with the intention of being restored and growing through practice together.
