What is Diabetes Sangha?

Diabetes Sangha is a community-driven initiative dedicated to making meditation, mindfulness, and contemplative practices accessible and relevant to people affected by Type 1 Diabetes (T1D). Our mission is to support individuals in meeting the emotional, physical, and mental challenges of T1D with greater ease, clarity, and compassion.
We offer free, live/virtual meditation and mindfulness sessions for people living with Type 1 Diabetes. Led by facilitators who also live with T1D, our practices help reduce stress, build emotional balance, and create connection through shared experience. No meditation background needed—just a willingness to show up as you are. Join us to cultivate calm, resilience, and community.
